If you have a problem with JGridstart, you have several options:
- Read the online documentation to see if your problem is covered
- Consult the frequently asked questions
- Ask your grid contact
- If you are sure you have found a bug, please open a bug report. Either
- report a new issue using the bug tracker, or
- send an email to jgridstart - at - grid dot sara.nl.
- Contact the developer of jGridstart via email: wvengen+jgridstart - at - nikhef _dot_ nl.
If an error occurs when running jGridstart, please include the log messages. From the main window, choose from menu Actions, View log.... Select everything, and press Ctrl-C (or Apple-C). Then paste that into the message you compose to us.
