If you have a problem with JGridstart, you have several options:

• Read the online documentation to see if your problem is covered
• Consult the frequently asked questions
• Ask your grid contact
• If you are sure you have found a bug, please open a bug report. Either
  • report a new issue using the bug tracker, or
  • send an email to grid-mw-security-support@nikhef.nl (developers of jGridstart).

If an error occurs when running jGridstart, please include the log messages. From the main window, choose from menu Actions, View log.... Select everything, and press Ctrl-C (or Apple-C). Then paste that into the message you compose to us.
