Grid network

The layout of our Grid network at the present time --

To see which interconnects we have with the outside world see Nikhef network.

To connect this all together, we have bought 2 48 x 10Gbit switches. One for the clusters and one for the storage. The switches will be connected with a 4 x 10Gbit trunk on Deel or on NikOPN. The clusters/storage will be connected to this switch and will have suffient capacity for our big users.

In the third phase an interconnect between the two 10Gbit switches will be made to have a very big bandwidth capability between computing and storage. The connection is a 16 x 10Gbit trunk.
