Certification of this patch involves verification of the correct workings of a couple of little-used LCMAPS interfaces. Calls to these interfaces have been added by User:Okoeroo@nikhef.nl to the lcaslcmaps_getaccount_cli tool.

Test cases are simple shell scripts that prepare the grid-mapfile and gridmapdir, and call the tool with the right command-line options.

The bundle of test scripts and the tool can be provisionally found here until a permanent location is arranged.
