Our goal is to build a machine that is capable of generating more than 1 Billion 64Byte packets per second. We couldn't find anybody else that have reached these speeds out of one server, so we believe that we are the first in the world. (Written on 14-06-2019)

We are not going to publish the exact configuration and how-to setup, for now. We don't want that this type of technology could get in the wrong hands, because the amount of traffic is quite extreme for todays standard. Asking questions about the setup is possible, but we can't promise that we can answer every question. One thing that we can mention is that we only used components, that are general available. So nothing purpose build for this goal or not yet available on the market.

But we do publish a traffic screenshot, taken from the switch where the machine is connected to. This picture shows the amount of packets that we have reached over the network and coming into the switch during our tests:

Also, what sounds better? 1Billion packets per second or 1Giga packets per second?
