If you are member of the /atlas/nl group and want to make use of this 'privilege' you should do a:
voms-proxy-init -voms atlas -order /atlas/nl
The order option puts the /atlas/nl group rights on top of the list.
You can check by doing:
voms-proxy-info -fqan
You should then see something like:
/atlas/nl/Role=NULL/Capability=NULL /atlas/lcg1/Role=NULL/Capability=NULL /atlas/Role=NULL/Capability=NULL
