NIKHEF MCatNLO samples for Rome

What are the different samples ?

A short description of the sample necessary for the Rome analysis:

T1: events. Fully hadronic events have been rejected.

T2: events. Fully hadronic events have been rejected and at least one of the tops has a greater than 500 GeV/c

A7: (W + 4 jets)-events. The dominant background for the analysis.

Where are the different files located at NIKHEF ?

Sample Type Location Statistics
T1 Event file /project/atlas/users/ivov/Rome_project/MCatNLO/MatrixElement/ 200 files of 12,500 events
POOL & CBNT files /project/atlas/users/ivov/Rome_project/MCatNLO/POOLCBNT/ 200 files of 5,000 events
AOD files /project/atlas/users/ivov/Rome_project/MCatNLO/AOD/ 4000 files of 50 events
T2 Event file /project/atlas/users/ivov/Rome_project/MCatNLO_Pt500/MatrixElement/ 100 files of 12,500 events
POOL & CBNT files /project/atlas/users/ivov/Rome_project/MCatNLO_Pt500/POOLCBNT/ 100 files of 5,000 events
AOD files /project/atlas/users/ivov/Rome_project/MCatNLO_Pt500/AOD/ (empty)
A7 Event file -- not generated at NIKHEF -- (empty)
POOL & CBNT files -- not generated at NIKHEF -- (empty)
AOD files /project/atlas/users/ivov/Rome_project/WPlus4Jets/AOD/ (empty)

  1. T1 sample (4100)
    • Logfiles Simulation step
    • AOD files (~3600 files of 50 events = 180K events, reco v10) in /project/atlas/user/verkerke/RomeData/recov10/4100
  2. T2 sample (4101)
