LCMAPS quick install

LCMAPS maps credentials like Subject Distinguished Names (Subject DN) andoptionally group affiliations, like Virtual Organisation Membership Service (VOMS) credentials, to Unix account information. The mapping occures by the plug-ins invoked by the LCMAPS framework. The plug-ins will use the credentials presented to the framework from a service or tool like gLExec or the GridFTPd.
